IIHow it beganप्रेम

Abhilasha (Soni)

Loves food… Indian food is flavours. Always up for trying new places, street food, and anything spicy.

Family, laughter and food are her love language. Believes life is better with a full plate and good company.

Our Story

What started as a work call, turned into the best meeting of our lives.

We met through work in Croatia. Long conversations, shared meals, late-night talks and endless laughter — friendship turned into love.

Vladimir (Vova)

Korean by birth, raised and brought up in Russia. Never had India on his bucket list and thought bread + olive oil was the best food combination there is.

Calm, curious, and always up for an adventure.

Abhilasha made Vova watch all her favourite Shah Rukh Khan movies. Movie nights turned into our thing.

Abhi says Vova makes the best carbonara — creamy, perfect, and totally worth every calorie.

A 225-acre garden inspired by Buckingham Palace gardens, where marigolds bloom in abundance.

iii

Dalma Hills

Wild elephants roam the sanctuary a short drive away — nature and city as neighbours.

i

Turmeric paste, laughter, and golden skin. The Haldi ceremony is a blessing of purification — family and friends anoint the couple before the wedding, wishing them a radiant life together.

Mehendi afternoon — henna being applied to the bride's hands
ii
मेहंदी

Mehendi

Henna artists trace intricate patterns of love and luck onto the bride's hands and feet. An afternoon of stories, songs, and the sweet scent of henna in the air.

Sangeet night — couple dancing under string lights
iii

Music, dance, and the kind of joy that spills into the street. Both families come together for a night of performances, celebrations, and the beautiful chaos of two worlds colliding.

Saat Phere — bride and groom walking around the sacred fire
iv
विवाह

Saat Phere — The Wedding

Seven sacred circles around the holy fire. Seven vows. Seven steps into a shared life. The mandap is adorned with marigolds and cherry blossoms — and three cultures breathe as one.
